Kevin Marschall Gregg is a closer candidate for the Chicago Cubs. He was acquired in the 2008 offseason, and has yet to make his Cubs debut. He started his career in 2003 with the then Anaheim Angels, which by the time he left had been the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim. In 2003 he went 2-0 with a 3.28 ERA in 5 games. In 2004, he went 5-2 with a 4.21 ERA in 55 games. In 2005, he went 1-2 with a 5.04 ERA in 33 games. In 2006, he went 3-4 with a 4.14 ERA in 32 games. In 2007, he was acquired by the Florida Marlins. He went 0-5 with a 3.54 ERA in 74 games. In 2008, he went 7-8 with a 3.41 ERA in 72 games. He was then acquired by the Cubs.
